Job Description

We are seeking skilled Production Workers to join our team, specializing in glazing and firing processes for ceramics. Ideal candidates should have a passion for pottery and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the production team to prepare bisque pieces for glazing.
• Inspect glaze application for consistency and quality.
• Document and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Assist in training new team members on glaze application techniques.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust workflow as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in glazing and firing processes

Languages
