Responsibilities

• Create and manage pattern creation processes from concept to production.
• Conduct fittings and adjust patterns based on designer feedback.
• Collaborate with the merchandising team to align styles with market demand.
• Utilize technology to enhance design accuracy and efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior team members in pattern making best practices.
• Review and approve final patterns before sending to production.
• Engage in continuous learning to improve skills in pattern making and design.
• Prepare technical specifications for production and documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in Fashion Design or related field preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in garment pattern making

Technical Skills

• 3D Printing Technology
• Grading and Marker Making

Soft Skills

• Collaboration
• Time Management

Advantageous

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment: Ability to adapt to changes and prioritize tasks effectively.
