Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support our HR department in a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance to help us maintain an effective HR function.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment efforts across departments and assist with hiring decisions.
  • Respond to employee concerns and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases securely.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies that promote a positive work environment.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with workplace safety standards.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and team-building events.
  • Evaluate training needs and assist in career development initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR management or a related field
