We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support our HR department in a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance to help us maintain an effective HR function.
Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment efforts across departments and assist with hiring decisions.
Respond to employee concerns and inquiries in a timely manner.
Maintain employee records and HR databases securely.
Support the implementation of HR policies that promote a positive work environment.
Assist in maintaining compliance with workplace safety standards.
Organize employee engagement activities and team-building events.
Evaluate training needs and assist in career development initiatives.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Master's degree in HR Management preferred

3+ years of experience in HR management or a related field
