Job Description

We are seeking a Labor Relations Specialist who will be instrumental in mediating disputes between employees and management. You will leverage your expertise in conflict resolution to foster a positive work environment. Your role will involve not just mediation but also training and development in communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies for effective communication within the organization.
  • Mediate disputes between employees and supervisors.
  • Stay current with legal regulations impacting labor relations.
  • Create and implement policies that enhance workplace harmony.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on conflict trends and resolutions.
  • Facilitate workshops to foster a respectful workplace culture.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in labor relations or mediation
