Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Veterinarian to join our Birmingham clinic. As a key member of our veterinary team, you will provide exceptional medical care to a variety of animals. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to animal welfare and excellent communication skills to educate pet owners on health and wellness.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics and interpret laboratory results.
  • Administer emergency first aid and provide critical care.
  • Create and implement wellness plans for pets.
  • Train and mentor junior staff and interns.
  • Engage in client communication for better service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with veterinary practice standards.
  • Participate in community outreach programs for pet health education.
  • Evaluate and improve hospital protocols and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • DVM from an accredited veterinary program
  • Board certification in a specialty field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in clinical practice
