Job Description

As a Purchasing and Claims Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing our procurement processes and managing claims within the healthcare sector. You will lead a team dedicated to ensuring compliance, efficiency, and the negotiation of favorable contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the procurement of supplies and services.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of claims processing.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the purchasing and claims team.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable contracts.
• Collaborate with finance for budgeting related to procurement.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their performance.
• Maintain accurate records related to procurement and claims.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management preferred

Experience

• 7 years of experience in purchasing and claims management, leadership experience is preferable.
