Job Description

We are looking for a Field Artillery Senior Sergeant to supervise and mentor artillery soldiers. This position requires extensive knowledge of artillery operations, ensuring readiness and compliance with military standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and training of artillery soldiers.
• Maintain accountability for personnel and equipment.
• Implement safety regulations and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Coordinate with other military units for joint operations.
• Utilize communication systems for mission planning.
• Adapt strategies based on field conditions and soldier feedback.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 8 years experience in field artillery operations.
