Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Hoister to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for lifting and moving heavy objects, ensuring that they are properly secured and transported to their destination. The ideal candidate should have experience working with different types of hoisting equipment and be familiar with the associated safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire hoisting operation to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Regularly inspect and maintain hoisting equipment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide input on improving operational efficiencies.
• Document all safety incidents and equipment malfunctions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help implement new safety protocols as they arise.
• Assist in inventory management and tracking of materials.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Technical Skills

• Equipment maintenance
• Basic computer skills

Certifications

• Forklift operator certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
