Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bullet Assembly Press Setter-Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating assembly presses to manufacture high-quality bullets for firearms.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate bullet assembly presses according to production specifications.
• Adjust machine settings to achieve desired production results.
• Ensure production meets quality standards and quotas.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on press machinery as necessary.
• Assist with training new machine operators.
• Maintain detailed production records and logs.
• Monitor and optimize machine performance for better output.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Assist with warehouse logistics related to production materials.

• Experience in the firearms industry: Familiarity with firearms manufacturing processes and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings: Knowledge in interpreting complex technical documents is advantageous.
