As a Probation Officer and Correctional Treatment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supervising offenders on probation, ensuring compliance with judicial conditions, and facilitating rehabilitation programs. Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance of probationers with judicial conditions.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of individual progress.
• Coordinate with treatment providers to facilitate rehabilitation programs.
• Offer guidance and support to offenders to aid in their reintegration into society.
• Document all interactions and report on probationers' progress.
• Exercise sound judgment in crisis situations.
• Engage with community resources to support offenders.
• Implement strategies for conflict resolution and behavior modification.
• Participate in training on criminal justice policies and rehabilitation techniques.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a correctional officer training program preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in a correctional or law enforcement role preferred
