Job Description

As a Fish and Game Warden, you will play a vital role in enforcing laws related to hunting, fishing, and wildlife conservation. This position requires a strong commitment to public service and a passion for protecting the environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections of hunting and fishing activities to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in wildlife population surveys and habitat restoration projects.
  • Respond to wildlife-related emergencies and provide assistance to the public.
  • Engage in community outreach programs to promote responsible wildlife practices.
  • Testify in court regarding wildlife violations and related incidents.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in conservation biology or environmental science
  • Law enforcement training certification is preferred
Experience
  • 1-5 years of relevant experience in law enforcement or conservation
