Job Description
As a Fish and Game Warden, you will play a vital role in enforcing laws related to hunting, fishing, and wildlife conservation. This position requires a strong commitment to public service and a passion for protecting the environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct inspections of hunting and fishing activities to ensure compliance.
Assist in wildlife population surveys and habitat restoration projects.
Respond to wildlife-related emergencies and provide assistance to the public.
Engage in community outreach programs to promote responsible wildlife practices.
Testify in court regarding wildlife violations and related incidents.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in conservation biology or environmental science
Law enforcement training certification is preferred
Experience
1-5 years of relevant experience in law enforcement or conservation
