Job Description

As a Plate Driller, you will play a crucial role in our operations by expertly handling drilling machines to create precise holes in metal plates according to project specifications. Your keen attention to detail and adherence to safety standards will ensure that our production quality remains high.

Responsibilities

• Conduct setup and operations of machinery for drilling and boring tasks.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings to ensure accuracy in hole placement.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to optimize performance.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues that may arise during the drilling process.
• Maintain detailed logs of production statistics for reporting.
• Work closely with engineering teams to implement improvements.
• Ensure proper use of tools and machinery in adherence with safety standards.
• Participate in maintaining an organized and clean workspace.
• Assist with inventory management of parts and supplies needed for drilling operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent, technical training is a plus

Experience

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in drilling operations.

Languages

• English: Fluent
