Security Guard

Job Description

As a Security Guard, also known as a Bouncer, you will play a key role in maintaining the safety and order of our venue. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the entrance, monitoring the crowd, and addressing any disturbances that arise. With a strong emphasis on customer service and crisis management, you will ensure a welcoming yet secure atmosphere for all patrons.

Responsibilities

• Oversee crowd management during high-traffic events.
• Enforce age restrictions and venue policies.
• Engage with patrons to ensure a positive experience.
• Respond to complaints or issues in a professional manner.
• Conduct safety inspections of the venue.
• Maintain logs of daily activities and incidents.
• Work closely with event coordinators to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in the development of safety awareness programs.
• Coordinate with staff for emergency evacuation drills.
• Maintain knowledge of local laws and regulations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in event security or crowd management is advantageous

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
