Job Description

We are seeking an Industrial Engineering Technologist or Technician dedicated to optimizing manufacturing processes. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure that production meets quality and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the production team by providing technical assistance.
• Review production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet goals.
• Conduct time studies to identify inefficiencies in manufacturing processes.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve workflow.
• Prepare reports on production performance and suggest areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with quality assurance to ensure product standards are met.
• Train new staff on manufacturing processes and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or a related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing role

Technical Skills

• Process optimization

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
