Job Description
As a Retarder Operator, you will be responsible for operating retarders, critical mechanical devices used to control the speed of vehicles on rails. You will ensure efficiency and safety in operations, maintaining high standards and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor vehicle speeds and adjust retarder operations accordingly.
- Assist in developing best practices for retarder operation.

Requirements
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role preferred.
