Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Body Fitter, where you will utilize specialized tools to repair and fit vehicle bodies. Your role will be crucial in ensuring safety and quality, contributing to our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Work with a variety of vehicle types, including cars, trucks, and SUVs.
• Train and mentor junior technicians and apprentices.
• Stay informed about new technologies and tools in automotive repair.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of parts and supplies.
• Participate in safety meetings and adhere to safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in welding or other relevant skill

Experience

• Experience working with fiberglass and other composite materials is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Manufacturer Procedures
• Paint Preparation and Application

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certification in Automotive Repair

Languages

• English: Fluent
