Job Description

We are seeking a First-Line Supervisor for our Cell Feed Department. The ideal candidate will lead a team of skilled workers, ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes while meeting production goals and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the completion of production reports and documentation.
  • Evaluate and optimize workflow processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with project teams on new product launches.
  • Participate in safety committees and ensure workplace safety protocols are followed.
  • Coordinate with HR on staffing needs and personnel issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for issues affecting production.
  • Implement mentorship programs for skill development.
  • Assist in developing departmental KPIs and metrics.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
Experience
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment is required.
