Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3-7 years of experience in corporate training

Technical Skills

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Data Analysis

Soft Skills

• Interpersonal Skills
• Organizational Skills

Certifications

• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
• Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Employment Laws: Understanding of current employment and labor laws impacting training and development.
• Bilingual Abilities: Proficiency in Spanish or another language is a plus.
