Job Description

As a Coating Machine Operator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and durability of brake linings. This position involves operating coating machinery, monitoring processes, and collaborating with other manufacturing staff to maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire coating process from setup to final quality checks.
• Implement best practices for machine operation and care.
• Ensure that coating materials are stored and handled correctly.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets and issues.
• Follow up on customer feedback regarding product quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing processes with exposure to coating or painting operations

Technical Skills

• Machinery Troubleshooting

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills

Certifications

• Forklift Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
