Job Description

As a Governance Compliance and Risk Manager, you will oversee the compliance landscape within our organization, developing and maintaining policies and frameworks that adhere to industry regulations. Your expertise will be vital in identifying potential risks and implementing effective risk management strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to monitor compliance metrics.
  • Facilitate workshops on governance and compliance for employees.
  • Act as the point of contact for regulatory inquiries and audits.
  • Build and sustain relationships with regulatory authorities.
  • Draft and update compliance documentation and procedures.
  • Report on compliance and risk management activities to executive leadership.
  • Coordinate with the legal department on policy interpretations.
  • Lead internal compliance training sessions to promote ethical behavior.
  • Foster a culture of compliance within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, or related field
  • Master's degree or relevant certification preferred
