We are looking for a skilled and experienced Watch Crystal Cutter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting and shaping crystal pieces to fit into the watch cases while ensuring quality control to meet our high standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the workflow of crystal cutting while maintaining high quality.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in watch crystal manufacturing.
• Ensure all tools and materials are stored and maintained properly.
• React promptly to machine errors and other issues during production.
• Participate in team meetings to review processes and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a watchmaking or precision machining program is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field

Technical Skills

• Crystal Handling
• Specification Understanding

Soft Skills

• Effective Communication
• Critical Thinking

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a cleanroom environment: Knowledge of maintaining cleanliness and standards in production.
