• Train and mentor junior staff regarding tax preparation processes.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for client interactions and outcomes.
• Assist in developing educational materials for clients regarding tax strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Master's degree in Taxation is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive experience in taxation and accounting roles.
