Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced psychotherapist who is passionate about helping individuals overcome mental health issues. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing counseling services to clients, developing treatment plans, and conducting individual and group therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead therapy sessions focusing on cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness.
  • Assess and chart patient progress through continuous evaluation.
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team for coordinated client care.
  • Conduct intake assessments and manage caseload effectively.
  • Engage in community outreach to promote mental health awareness.
  • Implement evidence-based practices to enhance treatment outcomes.
  • Utilize telehealth platforms for remote therapy sessions when needed.
  • Create a safe and supportive environment for all clients.
  • Educate clients and their families about various mental health conditions and resources.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Psychology or Social Work
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is a plus
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in providing psychotherapy
