Job Description

The Studio Operations Engineer will be pivotal in managing and maintaining the technical framework of our studio’s operations. This role includes overseeing production equipment, resolving technical issues promptly, and implementing necessary upgrades to enhance performance. Successful candidates will have a blend of technical expertise and strong collaborative skills, making them an integral part of our creative team.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation and configuration of all studio systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure operational efficiency.
• Work closely with production staff to identify technical needs.
• Coordinate equipment upgrades and enhancements for better performance.
• Conduct regular audits of technical systems and equipment functionality.
• Create and maintain documentation for all technical processes.
• Participate in the testing of new equipment and technology.
• Train team members on equipment use and maintenance procedures.
• Maintain an inventory of technical supplies and equipment.

• Experience with virtual reality production: Knowledge of virtual reality production techniques and equipment.
• Familiarity with augmented reality technology: Ability to work with augmented reality setups in production.
