Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships. You'll collaborate with clients to understand their needs and help them maximize the value of our products.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers regularly to assess satisfaction and gather insights on product usage.
  • Create and maintain content for customer education and support resources.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance customer value.
  • Prepare and present quarterly business reviews to clients.
  • Assist in developing strategies to improve customer retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote success stories and case studies.
  • Ensure timely renewal of client contracts by proactively managing account health.
  • Provide product updates and enhancements to customers in a timely manner.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience
  • 3-5 years in customer success or a similar role in the tech industry
