This role involves managing healthcare policies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and leading a team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and have a keen understanding of healthcare management.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee healthcare services and operations.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare laws and best practices.
  • Manage staff scheduling and staffing needs.
  • Implement patient care improvement initiatives.
  • Develop strategic plans for operational efficiency.
  • Conduct staff performance evaluations.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners.
  • Analyze operational data to drive improvements.
  • Ensure accurate patient record-keeping.
  • Provide leadership and support to all departments.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration or management
