Clinical Psychologist

Job Description

Wellness Center Inc. is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to help us deliver high-quality mental health services. You will conduct assessments, provide therapeutic support, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to enhance treatment outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide psychotherapy to individuals and groups.
• Collaborate with other health professionals to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Participate in supervision and training of interns and support staff.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training.
• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Facilitate patient support groups as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology
• Psychology Internship completed

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in a clinical setting.

Technical Skills

• Trauma-Informed Care
• Mindfulness-Based Therapies

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking
• Interpersonal Skills

Certifications

• American Psychological Association Membership

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with EMDR Therapy: Experience or training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a plus.
• Experience in Group Therapy Facilitation: Previous experience in leading group therapy sessions is advantageous.
