Job Description

As an Occupational Nurse, you will be pivotal in promoting employee health, offering first aid, and ensuring compliance with health regulations in our dynamic workplace environment. You will collaborate closely with team members to develop and implement health and safety programs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide primary medical care to employees injured or ill on the job.
  • Manage employee health records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Conduct workplace safety training and health assessments.
  • Stay updated on occupational health regulations and best practices.
  • Assist in developing health and safety programs in collaboration with HR.
  • Evaluate workplace conditions and recommend improvements.
  • Provide support for mental wellness and stress management.
  • Oversee compliance with health regulations and company policies.
  • Develop communication materials to educate staff about health initiatives.
  • Facilitate health screening events for employees.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Occupational Health Nursing certification preferred
Experience
  • A minimum of 3-5 years in occupational health nursing is required.
Technical Skills
