Responsibilities

• Lead specific projects ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
• Develop solutions to complex construction problems.
• Monitor project timelines and proactively address potential delays.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the project.
• Organize and maintain inventory of tools and materials.
• Adapt to changing project requirements with flexibility.
• Report directly to the Project Manager regarding job progress.
• Utilize industry best practices to enhance project outcomes.
• Mentor new team members to ensure skill development.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional certifications in specialized trades preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant trade.

Technical Skills

• Electrical Systems Knowledge
• HVAC Systems

• Time Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Skills in operating specialized tools and machinery: Experience with machinery commonly used in construction projects.
