Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Radon Inspector to conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to assess radon gas levels. The ideal candidate will utilize specialized equipment to carry out accurate measurements, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations to ensure the safety of occupants.

Responsibilities

  • Perform radon testing and inspections in compliance with industry standards.
  • Document all findings and provide clients with actionable recommendations.
  • Utilize data analysis software to manage and report on radon levels.
  • Develop and update best practices for radon inspections and mitigation.
  • Attend training sessions to stay current with radon-related developments.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the inspection process.
  • Collaborate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with local radon laws.
  • Participate in community outreach programs to raise awareness about radon safety.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Radon Measurement Certification preferred
Experience
  • Prior experience in radon inspection or a related field is preferred
