Job Description

As a Twisting Machine Operator, you will operate and monitor twisting machines in our state-of-the-art facility, producing a variety of twisted textile products. This role calls for a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the capacity to effectively troubleshoot machine issues. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on achieving production targets while ensuring high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor twisting machines ensuring the production of quality textile products.
• Adjust machine settings to align with product specifications.
• Load raw materials and oversee the feeding process to maximize efficiency.
• Conduct routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to verify standards are met.
• Identify and address any operational problems promptly.
• Maintain logs of production activities and machine performance.
• Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
• Work closely with the production team to enhance workflow.
• Continuously learn and apply knowledge of modern twisting technologies.
