We are seeking a dedicated Passenger Attendant to maintain the hygiene and aesthetics of our bathing areas. Your role will involve assisting guests, managing bath appointments, and ensuring an inviting atmosphere at Serenity Spa Retreat. Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness for bathing facilities.
• Assist guests with personal bath preferences and requirements.
• Check and adjust the temperature of bathwater as needed.
• Keep track of bath amenities and replenish supplies.
• Handle reservations and ensure all guests are well attended.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times.
• Provide comprehensive information about the services available.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to report any discrepancies.
• Work closely with other attendants to foster a cooperative environment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in a luxury or high-end establishment

Languages

• English: Fluent
