Job Description

The Inflight Services Flight Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during flights. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, managing emergency situations, and upholding the highest standards of inflight hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-flight safety briefings and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist passengers during boarding and disembarking processes.
• Respond to in-flight medical emergencies and provide first aid if necessary.
• Assist in meal preparation and service, ensuring passenger dietary needs are met.
• Monitor cabin conditions and ensure passenger comfort throughout the flight.
• Maintain communication with the flight deck regarding pertinent information.
• Document any incidents or issues during the flight for follow-up.
• Foster a welcoming environment by engaging with passengers and addressing their needs.
• Support fellow crew members to ensure team effectiveness and cooperation.

Requirements

Education

• Valid FAA-issued Cabin Crew Certificate
• High school diploma; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality is a plus

Experience

• Prior experience as a flight attendant highly desirable
