Job Description

As a Ship Purser, you will play an essential role in managing on-board operations, particularly in financial transactions and inventory control. You'll be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring exceptional service and addressing any inquiries or issues they may have.

Responsibilities

• Direct financial management on board, ensuring accuracy.
• Oversee the inventory and supply chain logistics for the ship.
• Act as the main contact for guests regarding their accounts.
• Work alongside the guest services team to exceed passenger expectations.
• Implement company policies and ensure all staff comply.
• Conduct training sessions for the team on best practices.
• Assure all operations comply with safety standards and regulations.
• Engage with guests to gather feedback and improve services.
• Facilitate communication between different operational departments.
