Job Description

The Manufacturing Engineering Technician plays a critical role in supporting the manufacturing process by providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment. You will work closely with engineers and production personnel to optimize production efficiency and ensure all equipment functions properly.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement equipment modifications and upgrades.
  • Analyze data and recommend improvements to production processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor production metrics and report findings.
  • Assist in planning and executing maintenance schedules.
  • Support product development initiatives with manufacturing insights.
  • Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the production process.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree in engineering or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Technical Skills
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • CAD software experience

Languages
