Responsibilities

• Develop project guidelines and timeframes for mechanical design projects.
• Interface with clients to gather project requirements and feedback.
• Conduct root cause analysis on design failures and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base regarding changes in industry regulations.
• Assist in the development of proposals for new projects and services.
• Lead project teams in executing engineering tasks effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience, preferably in product design

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Design for Manufacturing (DFM)

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking
• Leadership

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
