Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Advisor to join our team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will guide clients through complex tax situations, helping them optimize their tax returns and ensure compliance with federal and state laws. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in taxation and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure timely tax filings.
• Identify tax-saving opportunities for clients.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Assist in financial planning and investment strategies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build client relationships.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Master's degree in Taxation or related field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in taxation

Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel skills
• Financial analysis

Soft Skills

• Detail-oriented
• Time management

Certifications

• Certified Tax Coach (CTC)
• Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
