Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Healthcare Support Workers to join our compassionate team. You will assist with patient care, perform routine tasks, and contribute to a positive healthcare experience for our patients.
Responsibilities
Assist with administrative tasks such as patient intake and data entry.
Provide education to patients about procedures and health practices.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
Monitor and report any changes in patients’ health to supervisors.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Assist with the scheduling of appointments and follow-up care.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Degree in healthcare or related field is a plus
Experience
At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare role

Certifications
Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) is a plus
Languages
English: Fluent

Experience in a blood bank environment: Hands-on experience in a blood collection or donation setting.
