Responsibilities

• Conduct time and motion studies to improve efficiency.
• Create data-driven reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Train and mentor junior engineering staff on process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CAD software: Familiarity with CAD software for process and layout design.
