We are seeking an Actuarial Analyst to join our team in Hartford. You will analyze financial data, assess risk, and contribute to various projects that influence policy and pricing strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong quantitative skills and be proficient in actuarial software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical data to identify trends and correlations.
• Develop new models for risk assessment and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments for data integration.
• Participate in preparing documentation for audits and regulatory submissions.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on actuarial forecasts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science or Mathematics
• Master's degree in related field is highly desirable

Experience

• 2-4 years in an actuarial environment or relevant internships.
