Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Financial Planner to join our team in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to assess their financial needs, develop personalized financial plans, and provide ongoing investment advice. The Financial Planner will have a strong understanding of retirement planning, tax strategies, and estate planning to ensure our clients' financial well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial consultations with new clients to assess financial situations and goals.
  • Develop customized financial plans that address clients' goals including investments, taxes, and estate planning.
  • Provide ongoing financial advice and reviews to existing clients.
  • Monitor clients’ investment portfolios and make recommendations as needed.
  • Stay updated on financial market trends and changes affecting clients' investments.
  • Assist clients with retirement income planning and social security optimization.
  • Educate clients on financial products and services available to them.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with compliance and research teams to ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Document and maintain detailed client records as per regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or finance-related discipline
  • Master's degree in Finance is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory
