Job Description

We are in search of dedicated Etchers and Engravers who will play a vital role in our production line. You will set up machines, adhere to safety standards, and ensure product quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain etching machines for semiconductor production.
• Ensure all work meets specified quality standards and client specifications.
• Log daily production data and report discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance throughput and reduce waste.
• Prioritize safety and ergonomics in operational practices.
• Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing

Technical Skills

• Thin film deposition processes
• Photolithography processes

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking
• Collaboration

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes: Understanding of various semiconductor production methods.
• Previous roles in a manufacturing environment: Prior experience in a similar manufacturing role is a plus.
