Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across all grade levels. Successful candidates will work closely with students to enhance their academic and social development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers to facilitate effective classroom management.
• Prepare instructional materials to support teaching.
• Encourage student participation and engagement during lessons.
• Assist with the setup and cleanup of classroom activities.
• Monitor student behavior and provide guidance as necessary.
• Facilitate communication between teachers, students, and parents.
• Participate in professional development opportunities.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Education or Child Development preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in a teaching or childcare role preferred

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Educational Software

Soft Skills

• Interpersonal Skills

Certifications

• Child Development Associate (CDA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Bilingual skills: Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is a plus.
