Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cutting, Punching, and Press Machine Setter to operate advanced machinery for ammunition production. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a manufacturing environment and a strong commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate cutting and punching machines to fabricate parts.
• Conduct inspections of finished goods to meet quality assurance standards.
• Assist in training new operators and providing guidance on machine operation.
• Document production processes and maintain logs.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve manufacturing processes.
• Address any technical issues that arise during production.
• Participate in safety audits and trainings to maintain compliance.
• Ensure workplace cleanliness and organization.
• Monitor inventory levels of materials and supplies needed for production.
• Provide feedback for machinery upgrades and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in ammunition manufacturing.

Technical Skills

• Expertise in specific machinery models
• Basic computer skills

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Physical stamina

Advantageous

• Additional technical certifications: Certifications related to machine operation or quality assurance.
• Ability to perform minor repairs on machinery: Hands-on skills to address basic mechanical issues without assistance.
