Job Description

As an Aircraft Structure Assembler, you will play a crucial role in assembling parts that create the structural elements of aircraft. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret complex engineering designs and technical documents.
  • Perform assembly tasks involving various mechanical systems.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on assembly tools and equipment.
  • Assist in training junior assemblers on equipment operation.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and suggest changes.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree in aerospace technology or engineering preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in aviation assembly or manufacturing
Technical Skills
  • Blueprint reading
  • Experience with hand tools and power tools
Soft Skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication
Certifications
  • Aircraft Maintenance Technician Certification
  • Safety and Health Certification
Languages
  • English: Fluent
