Job Description

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our employees' personal and professional growth. You will be responsible for providing guidance, conflict resolution, and developing programs that promote a positive workplace culture. You will work closely with management to address and resolve employee performance and behavioral issues.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate one-on-one sessions to address employee concerns.
  • Help resolve workplace conflicts through mediation.
  • Research and implement best practices for employee wellness initiatives.
  • Engage with employees to promote career development opportunities.
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Document and analyze counseling outcomes to report to management.
  • Provide resources and materials for self-care and wellness.
  • Assist in creating and promoting a positive organizational culture.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to enhance overall employee experience.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Human Resources
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR or personnel counseling
