Job Description

The Learning and Organizational Development Specialist is tasked with designing and delivering impactful training programs that bolster our company's strategic goals. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with stakeholders.
  • Design and implement innovative e-learning and blended learning solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for diverse groups.
  • Continuously assess and report on training outcomes and recommend improvements.
  • Work with leadership to develop talent management strategies.
  • Research and implement best practices in organizational development.
  • Utilize technology to enhance learning experiences.
  • Create a positive learning culture throughout the organization.
  • Support change management initiatives through learning programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all training-related policies and regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Organizational Development or related field preferred
