Job Description

As a Compensation Analyst, you will play a vital role in evaluating and developing compensation strategies to ensure our organization remains competitive in attracting top talent. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you review job descriptions, perform benchmarking, and develop pay scales that align with market and organizational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with teams to streamline compensation processes.
  • Work on compensation analysis projects based on strategic goals.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data collection for compensation reports.
  • Serve as a point of contact for compensation inquiries.
  • Facilitate training on compensation practices for HR staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis or HR roles
