Job Description

As an Industrial Machinery Mechanic at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy industrial machinery. Your expertise in both mechanical and electrical systems will be vital to ensuring optimal performance and safety in our operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid machinery failures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machinery malfunctions quickly.
• Keep an inventory of tools and parts necessary for repairs.
• Assist in training new mechanics and retention of best practices.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the maintenance hub.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED
• Additional certifications in industrial machinery or electrical systems is a plus.

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in machinery maintenance.

Technical Skills

• Electrical systems understanding
• Hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Soft Skills

• Team player with leadership qualities
• Detail-oriented approach

Certifications

• Industrial Maintenance Technician Certification (advantageous)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with PLC programming: Knowledge of programmable logic controllers for automated processes.
