Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee our Las Vegas location. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, creating a welcoming environment, and ensuring that service standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily restaurant operations, making quick decisions to ensure efficiency.
• Enhance customer relationships through effective management and engagement.
• Lead by example and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
• Analyze sales and financial reports to identify areas for growth.
• Ensure all staff adhere to service standards and operational protocols.
• Plan staff schedules effectively to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
• Implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant management experience in a high-volume establishment
