Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee our Las Vegas location. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, creating a welcoming environment, and ensuring that service standards are consistently met.
Responsibilities
Direct daily restaurant operations, making quick decisions to ensure efficiency.
Enhance customer relationships through effective management and engagement.
Lead by example and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
Analyze sales and financial reports to identify areas for growth.
Ensure all staff adhere to service standards and operational protocols.
Plan staff schedules effectively to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.

Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management is preferred

3+ years of relevant management experience in a high-volume establishment
